Please Register at [maven course](https://maven.com/tranx-ai/cracking-the-ml-system-design-interview) to participate in the Cohort. From business problem to reliable ML solution Can you design the complete ML system in production? This 6-week course helps you crack the ML system design interview. You will learn the mental model and reusable framework to design and defend ML systems across the industry problems: recommendation and ranking, forecasting and fraud detection, knowledge-grounded RAG applications, and tool-using agent and harness. Instead of memorizing architecture diagrams, you will practice turning an ambiguous question into a structured system design—with success metrics, data flows, model choices, evaluation plans, reliability safeguards, and explicit trade-offs. By the end, you will have a practical ML system design framework, four reusable case designs, and a 1-1 mock interview coaching that help you communicate like an experienced practitioner who can take a business requirement from idea to reliable production.
