This role partners with Project Management, Engineering, Operations, and Finance to develop sourcing strategies, manage competitive bidding, negotiate contracts, and drive cost and value throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate has strong strategic sourcing expertise and hands-on experience supporting construction or capital projects.
